Yes, Obama is still convinced that he is our savior. See the arrogance for yourself in this article from AP.

His policies got us out of this mess? This President really does think Americans are stupid!

First of all a lot of our problems have actually become worse. Our deficit is bigger under Barack Obama. Our unemployment is worse under Barack Obama. Partisanship is worse under Barack Obama. Lack of accountability and transparency is worse under Barack Obama. Spending is worse under Barack Obama. Barack Obama has accomplished a lot since taking office, but what has actually improved under him? The deficit and the spending are out of control. That was bad enough under Bush, but when Obama took office spending sped up and hasn’t seemed to slow down much since. We didn’t suddenly get a bunch of extra money to spend once Obama took office. He just started spending money we didn’t have. Or since he’s referring to the previous administration when he talks about the mess, maybe I should say that he has “continued” spending money we don’t have. And now he wants to take credit for solving all of our problems. What mess did Obama clean up? I must have missed something.

Second, how many of Obama’s policies are different from Bush’s? Hm, let’s see… Bush passes a stimulus, Obama passes a stimulus. Bush sends troops to war, Obama sends troops to war. Bush uses tactics like rendition and prolonged detention, Obama uses tactics like rendition and prolonged detention. Well, I guess there are a few differences. Bush decides to give up playing golf during his presidency, Obama decides to continue golfing whenever the hell he feels like it no matter how many catastrophes the nation is facing. Bush respects different opinions, Obama whines. Bush takes responsibility for his actions, Obama blames some retired guy on some ranch somewhere for all his problems.

The fact is that we still have a big mess and Obama has not turned it around. His stimulus bill was passed over a year and a half ago and we’re still waiting for that 8% unemployment we were promised. We never even got that and he is bragging about fixing the mess and solving our problems. Our problems are not solved and many policies are still the same. President Obama is not our savior.

I never liked Bill Clinton. I always knew he was someone who didn’t have morals, so when he says something hateful or wrong it’s not surprising. It’s just Bill. This has to be the worst I’ve heard from him.

These Democrats are such frauds. They claim to be the ones who care and are compassionate. They claim to be the ones who want to make life better for the minorities and stand up for the minorities. No one who truly believed in those principles would dismiss Byrd’s role in the KKK. No one with morals would dismiss Byrd’s role in the KKK. And no moral person would dismiss an association with the KKK because someone was trying to get elected. Bill is wrong. He did not spend the rest of his life trying to make it up. Did he later denounce and apologize for his association with the KKK? Yes he did, but he also voted against Civil Rights after he was elected. He was FORTY SEVEN years old. It was not a youthful indiscretion and he did not make up for his association with the KKK by voting against civil rights.

Maybe Byrd’s regrets later on in life were sincere. I don’t know, but no apologies change the past. And trying to get elected is no excuse for racism from anyone on either side of the aisle, including former Presidents who no longer have a political future and are desperately trying attract as much attention as possible so they still feel important. Racism is not excused by any political agenda and it is humiliating that a man who was once President does not know this. The dirt on the bottom of my shoe has a stronger moral compass than former President Bill Clinton.

I used to have a dream. That dream was to see Paul McCartney in concert someday. Now I couldn’t care less about that dream and I’m embarrassed that I ever had that dream! The Beatles had some great songs and I still like listening to them, but I am fed up with Paul McCartney.

First there was his comment about George Bush not knowing what a library was at a concert honoring him that took place at the Library of Congress. I don’t mind him having his opinions or thinking that Bush is stupid, but that was just the wrong place and time for something like that. You would think someone with that much experience as a performer would have a little more class.

Then, more recently, McCartney compares global warming skeptics to holocaust deniers. No, Paul McCartney, there is no comparison. He even claims that it could sometimes take something like an oil spill to get people to believe in global warming. It’s the same thing Obama did. The two are entirely unrelated. Yes, an oil spill is a very bad thing and yes, it does show the need for alternative energy sources, but an oil spill does not prove global warming. It proves that bad things happen when oil spills into the water like we’re seeing now in the Gulf of Mexico! If you’re going to basically call me an idiot for not believing in global warming at least back up your view with something a little more intelligent than, “Look! There’s oil in the water!”

Jeb Bush to Obama: Give it a Rest Apparently we aren't the only one's who are sick of hearing President Obama STILL blaming George Bush for everything. So sayeth the Bush who should have been President, Jeb… “It’s kind of like a kid coming to school saying, ‘The dog ate my homework,’ ” Mr. Bush, this state’s former governor, said over lunch last week at the Biltmore Hotel. “It’s childish. This is what children do until they mature. They don’t accept responsibility.” In fact, in … Read More

What's worse – Tony Hayward and his sailing or the president and his Lip Service Leadership? With the oil spill far from under control, the sailing photos have sparked outrage — including from within the Obama White House. Rahm Emanuel recently criticized BP for poor PR when the BP CEO went for a little yacht ride. I agree that that does look pretty bad when we are dealing with this kind of crisis, but why the hell is ANYONE in this administration in a position to criticize BP for a yacht trip when they’ve been partying and playing golf as if there is no national crisis at hand? Just look at the things I listed in my blog post “Obama’s Parties”, which lists all of Obama’s celebrations since this crisis began. He’s also played numerous golf games. I don’t mind the President playing golf and having parties, but at a time like this it is just inappropriate. Not only is it obvious that he does not have any type of plan to resolve this situation, but it seems as if he doesn’t even care. All of these parties and golf games wouldn’t be such a priority if solving the oil spill crisis was a priority. And I think it’s much worse PR that the President will party and play golf during this crisis while his administration will criticize BP for a yacht ride.
